How to make White Chocolate Cake Pops
Cake Pops are a perfect party snack, no need for plates or napkins. These are filled with a lemon cake and topped with white chocolate. Super elegant and classy!
First
In order to make the cake pop mix butter and sugar well together. Wash the lemon in hot water and grate it, squeezing out the juice. Now add the juice and the lemon zest to the eggs and butter. Mix everything well. Mix the flour and almond flour together with the baking powder before mixing all the ingredients together. Line the cake tin with baking paper and rub with butter. Now pour the cake mixture into the cake tin. Bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 175 degrees.
Second
Once the cake has cooled, cut away the dark burnt edges. Cut the cake into small pieces and put them in a large bowl, add the cream cheese (not all at once). Mix the cake with the cream cheese and form small balls. Depending on the size of the balls, there should be 20-30 balls. Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking parchment. If the balls are too dry, add some more cream cheese or butter to the mixture.
Third
Now insert the small sticks into the balls, if they break apart, you can press them together again. Melt the white chocolate over a bain-marie and pour it over the cake pops with a large spoon, turning them over. If you don’t have a cake pop stand like I do, so that they can cool in peace, put them back on the baking paper. You can sprinkle with colourful sprinkles of your choice. Leave to cool, ideally in the fridge. After the cake pops have cooled, slowly remove them from the baking paper and place them on the base of your choice. Bon appetit.

I added yellow food colouring and blue sprinkles to the chocolate, my children liked it and so did their classmates 😀
The Cake Pops looking soo cute, like little Snowballs ^^
Greetings from Luxemburg
Very simple and delicious recipe. Instead of cream cheese, I mixed butter into the cake.
