Kinder Bueno is one of the only candies I can never say “no” to. Especially this super delicious cream filling makes it so special. Exactly this delicious cream I have in my cake and I show you how it goes. The best part is that even if you have some of the Bueno filling left over, you can easily eat it the next day as a delicious cream dessert. It also requires no extra occasion or event to bake this cake, I would love to eat it every day so delicious is the cake.

Ingredients
- Ingredients
- for the sponge cake:
- 5 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 140 g flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 pck. baking powder
- For the cream:
- 200 g children - chocolate
- 200 g cream
- 200 g cream cheese
- 500 g mascarpone
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- For the decoration:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 g chopped almonds (alternatively hazelnuts)
- 2 Kinder-Bueno chocolate bar
Directions
- Step 1 Chop the children’s chocolate and heat in a saucepan with 50 g of cream so that the chocolate is completely melted and the consistency is very creamy. After the children’s chocolate and the cream have completely combined, pour the cream into a small bowl and put it in the fridge to cool.
- Step 2 Mix five eggs and 140 g sugar in a bowl to a creamy and fluffy consistency.
- Step 3 In a small bowl, mix flour, three tablespoons of cocoa powder and baking powder together. Then sift the flour mixture into the egg mixture and stir everything well.
- Step 4 Line your baking pan with parchment paper and grease it with butter. Don’t forget to butter the edges. Now pour the cake mixture into the baking pan and put the whole thing in the oven for 35 minutes at 180°.
- Step 5 Once the cake has cooled completely, cut off the part where the cake curves and then cut the cake again in the middle so that you have two equally sized and equally thick cake halves.
- Step 6 For the Bueno cream, mix 150 g of whipped cream with 500 g of mascarpone, 200 g of cream cheese, three tablespoons of cocoa powder and the melted children’s chocolate from the refrigerator. The cream which you have beaten stiff you mix in as the last step. Stir everything well together.
- Step 7 Now spread the first half of the cake generously with the bueno mixture, smooth everything out and then place the second cake layer on top of the cake. The top side should be smooth. Now spread the top cake layer with bueno cream and the sides as well. After everything is smoothed, melt dark chocolate.
- Step 8 Now dip a tablespoon in the chocolate and wave it over the cake so that the chocolate comes in delicate stripes on the cake. Then take chopped hazelnuts or almonds and put them on the cake.
- Step 9 With the remaining bueno mass you decorate the cake as desired, make there again dark chocolate on it and at the end of each of the pieces of children bueno.
