Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g xylitol or other low carb sugar
  • 250g low fat quark
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 50g almond flour
  • 15g vanilla protein powder
  • 10 Cherries
Directions
  • Step 1 Mix the eggs with the xylitol or your other low carb sweetener until creamy. Then add the cream cheese and the quark.
  • Step 2 Then add the lemon juice, almond flour and protein powder.
  • Step 3 Prepare a slightly smaller baking dish and grease it with butter before pouring the mixture into the dish.
  • Step 4 Remove the pits from the cherries and spread them into the cake as desired.
  • Step 5 Bake the cake for 30 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. Let it cool a little before serving or eating it directly from the tin. You can sprinkle it with icing sugar before you bake it.
